Welcome to Tronos Manufacturing.

Opened in the Fall of 2016, our new machine shop is located in the Charlottetown Airport Business Park. Bringing over 30 years of experience in the Aerospace and related manufacturing environment and utilizing the latest in Solidworks CAD software coupled with NextGen CAM software, we are able to offer a number of solutions for all kinds of machining and manufacturing needs.

Our current certifications:

ISO 9001:2015 Certification through NSF International:

  •  ISO 9001 is the world's most widely recognized quality management standard and helps organizations to meet the expectations and needs of their customers. As part of the ISO 9001:2015 certification process, Tronos engaged in an audit of our business processes as well as our product quality environments.

AS9100 Certification through NSF International:

  • AS9100D (with Additive Manufacturing) is an aerospace standard based on the ISO 9001 quality system requirements. AS9100 takes the ISO 9001 requirements and supplements them with additional quality system requirements, which are established by the aerospace industry.

Transport Canada Approved Aerospace Manufacturing Facility:

  • 561 Approves the manufacture of new components
  • 571 & 573 Allows for the repair and manufacture of replacement components.

Canadian Controlled Goods (ITAR):

  • The facility is a controlled access facility

Health Canada Medical Device Establishment License (MDEL):

  • License #13869 allows Tronosjet to manufacture Class 1 medical devices in Canada.
